01Promoter

This giveaway is organised and promoted by Styling in Bloom ("the Promoter").

02The prize

One winner will receive a personal shopping service worth £500 from Styling in Bloom, and a £1,500 shopping budget to spend as part of their personal shopping experience. The total prize value is £2,000.

The £1,500 shopping budget must be used as part of the Styling in Bloom personal shopping experience. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or resold. Any spending above the £1,500 allowance will be the responsibility of the winner, and any unused balance will not be paid to the winner in cash, refunded or carried forward beyond the prize deadline.

03How to enter

To enter the Styling in Bloom giveaway, entrants must:

• Comment "STYLE" on the official Styling in Bloom Instagram giveaway post;
• Tag TWO friends in the same comment who they think would also love the Styling in Bloom personal shopping experience; and
• Follow the instructions sent by direct message and complete the required confirmation step.

All three steps must be completed for an entry to be valid. No purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Entrants may leave additional comments or tag additional friends, but doing so will not provide additional entries or increase their chances of winning. The two people tagged do not automatically become entrants — if either tagged person wishes to enter, they must separately complete the entry requirements themselves. Entrants should only tag genuine personal Instagram accounts and should not repeatedly or indiscriminately tag other users.

Styling in Bloom uses an automated messaging system, which may include ManyChat, to help administer, confirm and record giveaway entries. An entry is only complete once the entrant has followed the required confirmation step sent by direct message. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their Instagram settings allow them to receive the relevant DM and for completing confirmation before the giveaway closes. Automated, fraudulent, duplicate or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

04Giveaway closing date

The giveaway closes at 11:59pm UK time on 30 November 2026. The qualifying comment containing "STYLE" and tags for TWO friends, together with the required DM confirmation, must be completed before the closing time. Entries received or completed after the closing time will not be included in the draw.

05Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Styling in Bloom and anyone involved in administering the giveaway are not eligible.
• Entrants must have a valid Instagram account and comply with Instagram's applicable terms and policies.
• Entrants must be willing and able to participate in the creation of Styling in Bloom promotional and social media content if selected as the winner, as described in Section 10.

06Recording entries & automated processing

Styling in Bloom may use ManyChat or another appropriate third-party platform to automate direct messages, confirm entries, identify duplicate entries and maintain a record of eligible entrants. Information processed may include an entrant's Instagram username and profile information, interaction with the giveaway post, responses to automated messages, confirmation of entry and the date and time of those interactions.

This information is used to administer the giveaway, maintain an accurate entrant list, prevent duplicate entries, verify eligibility, select the winner and contact the winner. Use of an automated system to administer and record entries does not affect the random nature of the winner selection. Entrants should not provide sensitive personal information through the giveaway entry process.

07Choosing & contacting the winner

One winner will be selected at random from all valid and completed entries — each eligible individual appears once in the final entrant pool, regardless of how many comments they have made or how many friends they have tagged. The random selection takes place after the giveaway closes, and the winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and must respond within 7 days.

Styling in Bloom may request reasonable information to confirm the winner's age, UK residency and eligibility before awarding the prize, and the winner will be required to confirm acceptance of these Terms, including the content participation requirement in Section 10. If the winner doesn't respond within 7 days, can't be contacted, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or is unwilling or unable to meet the content participation requirements, another eligible winner may be selected at random.

Styling in Bloom will never ask entrants to make a payment or pay a fee to enter or claim the prize — please be alert to fake or impersonation accounts.

08Personal shopping experience

The personal shopping service may be provided online or in person, at Styling in Bloom's discretion. Where provided in person, the location and arrangements will be determined by Styling in Bloom in consultation with the winner. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, travel, accommodation and other personal expenses incurred by the winner are not included in the prize.

09Prize deadline & shopping budget

The personal shopping service and £1,500 shopping budget must be fully used by 31 March 2027. The winner must make themselves reasonably available to complete the experience and associated agreed content before this deadline.

The £1,500 budget is available solely for purchases made as part of the winner's personal shopping experience, with purchasing arrangements determined by Styling in Bloom. Purchases exceeding £1,500 must be paid for separately by the winner. Any unused portion after 31 March 2027 will be forfeited and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or carried forward. The prize is non-transferable, with no cash alternative available.

10Winner content & publicity requirement

Participation in Styling in Bloom content is a condition of accepting the prize. Entrants should only enter the giveaway if they are comfortable being photographed and/or filmed and appearing publicly in Styling in Bloom content if they win.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to reasonably participate in the creation of content documenting their personal shopping and styling experience — which may include photographs, video footage, before-and-after content, interviews, testimonials, styling footage, shopping footage and social media content relating to the winner's experience with Styling in Bloom.

The winner agrees that Styling in Bloom may publish and use agreed content featuring them across Styling in Bloom's social media channels, website, email marketing and other digital marketing materials, for the purpose of promoting Styling in Bloom and its services. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable filming and photography before, during and/or after their personal shopping experience, and reasonable arrangements regarding this will be communicated to and arranged with the winner.

If the selected winner is unwilling to participate in these content requirements, they will not be eligible to accept the prize, and another eligible winner may be selected at random.

11Personal information & privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used as reasonably necessary to administer and record entries, communicate with entrants about their entry, identify duplicate or invalid entries, verify eligibility, select and contact the winner, and administer and deliver the prize.

Styling in Bloom may use third-party service providers, including ManyChat, to process information on its behalf. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and Styling in Bloom's applicable privacy notice. Entering the giveaway does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications from Styling in Bloom — any marketing consent will be requested separately where required. Information collected solely for administering the giveaway will not be retained for longer than reasonably necessary for that purpose, subject to any applicable legal or regulatory record-keeping requirements.

12Instagram disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, entrants acknowledge that Instagram and Meta have no responsibility for the administration of the giveaway or provision of the prize, and entrants release Instagram and Meta from responsibility in connection with the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

13General

Styling in Bloom reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, duplicated, incomplete or otherwise made in breach of these Terms. If a technical issue involving Instagram, the automated entry system or another service prevents an entry from being correctly recorded, Styling in Bloom will act reasonably in determining whether there is sufficient evidence that a valid entry was completed before the deadline.

Styling in Bloom is not responsible for entries that are incomplete because an entrant fails to follow the required entry process. If circumstances outside Styling in Bloom's reasonable control make it necessary, Styling in Bloom reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway, subject to applicable law. Styling in Bloom's decision regarding the administration of the giveaway and selection of the winner is final, subject to applicable law.

14Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
